Checking platform status

The status page shows the live operational state of the platform — payments API, webhooks, recurring billing and the merchant portal — refreshed every minute, plus a 30-day history. It's public, so you can check it from anywhere without signing in.

Open it from the Settings menu in the portal, or share the link with your team. If you ever see unexpected behaviour, this is the first place to look.
