Transactions: search, capture, void, refund

Finding a transaction

The Transactions page lists everything in the current environment with search and status filters. Search by amount, card last-four, authorization code or reference.

Follow-up actions

• Capture — settle an authorization that was approved but not yet captured
• Void — cancel a transaction before it settles; the cardholder never sees a completed charge
• Refund — return money after settlement, in full or in part

Every action is recorded on the transaction timeline with the user who performed it, so you always have a full audit trail.
