Virtual terminal: running a sale or refund

The virtual terminal turns your portal into a point of sale for phone and mail orders. Open it from the sidebar or the New transaction button in the header.

Run a sale

• Enter the amount and confirm the currency
• Enter the card number, expiry and CVV (or pick a customer's saved card)
• Optionally add an invoice or reference number
• Submit — approved transactions show an authorization code immediately

Refunds and other actions

Open any completed transaction to refund it (full or partial), capture an earlier authorization, or void a transaction that hasn't settled yet.

Testing

In sandbox, use card 4111 1111 1111 1111 with expiry 12/2030 and CVV 123 to get an approval.
