Creating your account and verifying your email

Your Truvora account is the owner login for your merchant portal. It takes about a minute to create.

Create the account

• Open the sign-in page and choose the Create account tab.
• Enter your name, email address and a password, or use Continue with Google.
• Submit the form — a verification email is sent to you right away.

Verify your email

Click the link in the verification email. You must verify your address before the onboarding wizard will open, so the platform always has a reliable way to reach you about settlements and security notices.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then use the Resend verification option shown after you sign in.

After verification

The confirmation screen takes you straight into onboarding, where you create your first merchant account. Sandbox API keys are issued automatically the moment the merchant is created.
