The onboarding wizard

Onboarding creates your merchant account — the entity that owns transactions, customers and settlements.
What you'll be asked for
- Business name and contact details
- Processing currency: USD, CAD or MXN
- Basic business information used for underwriting review
While you're in sandbox
Every new merchant starts in sandbox mode. You can run test transactions, create products and subscriptions, and exercise the full API immediately — no real money moves.
Live-processing review
Live processing is enabled per merchant by the platform team after a review of the business details you supplied. You'll see the Live toggle unlock in the portal header once approved. Until then the toggle stays disabled and any live-mode request is refused.
